Bueno antes que nada sigan las instrucciones para que les funcione.
1: Descompriman las carpetas simcity3000 dentro del archivo SC3byNegro.rar y pongan juntos los archivos en una misma carpeta.
2:Dentro la de la carpeta se encuentra un acceso directo: Setup.exe
3: Ejecuten Setup.exe y sigan las instrucciones y el directorio donde quieran instalar el juego.
4: Una vez instalado. Dentro de la carpeta simcity3000 (la que estaba comprimida) hay un archivo llamado: Crack.exe
5: Copian el Crack.exe al directorio de SimCity3000, en la carpeta Game y lo ejecutan.
6: Se abre un MSdoS. Le dan "y"
7: Luego ejecutan sc3 y ya esta.
*No pide Serial. EN EL CASO QUE LO HAGA: Serial: 4017-6962578-0738216-4861
